I guess its a good thing this store is closing. I just encountered a sales consultant named Jim and he was horrible. I mean absolutely disgusting. He seemed to be offended when I questioned being over charged for something. All the other sales people just stood and listened to him be rude without trying to recover service. The prices wont get cheap enough for me to purchase anything from them EVER.

I go into to purchase a laptop and the customer service is the worst Ive seen. If you want to go into a retail store that you need no assistance what do ever this location is the best one for that. I walk in the doors and four people behind the desk and two of the employees look at me walking in and no Hello and I deliberately walked around to see if anyone would come up to me and no one even left the desk. Im walking out the door and two employees watch me leave and still nothing was said. Off to another retail store.

Horrible customer service

Ordered a desk that ended up being longer than I thought (online purchase) and the employees were able to make it fir in my small sedan, one of the employees even called another employee to help us fit it through the window. Amazing service!
