I brought in 2 throw blankets for dry cleaning as the tag specifies dry clean only. The faux fur is extremely soft and so I was hesitant to bring it to any dry cleaner as I did not want these to lose their softness, especially as they are pretty pricey blankets. When I dropped my throws off I pointed out the fabric and asked to make sure they would be able to clean these without losing the softness and was reassured everything would come back the same. When I picked up the blankets, they are exactly how I worried they would be. The faux fur part is now pilling and not soft in the least. I did say something to the store owner but she didnt even respond, or apologize. Just acted told me what I owed. I am giving two stars for the slight possibility that this was bound to happen with any dry cleaners and wasnt specific to this dry cleaner. But unfortunatel, these are completely different blankets now. Service: General bedding cleaning

Great Dry cleaner with good prices. Im also wondering if the 2 ladies that accuse of racism and bad service are a competing business they say the same thing for all their reviews of other places. The owner has always been sweet for the 5 years ive been going there.
