Great customer service. They swapped out my Sprint SIM card with the new T-Mobile SIM card quickly and at no charge.

I'a deaf senior citizen. Last night my LG Velvet went dark at approximately 10pm. I showed up at this location and a kind, patient and masked young man quickly realized that the phone had "locked up" and her "unlocked" it for me without charging me a penny. I needed kindness today and that young man provided it. Give him a raise, T-Mobile!

Today 03/03/21 The worst customer experience I've ever had. When I walked in there was full team sitting behind their desk countertop and no one wanted to even greet and ask how they could help me. When One finally did, I let her know that I wanted to return a charger and said she didn’t want to help and asked another representative and neither one want to help . I’ll never never go back again or recommend anyone . Been a sprint customer for over 25 years. They need some training how to greet customers and be people person. Managers where are y’all skills to train this stupid employees

I wish zero stars was an option. Worst customer service ever and extremely unprofessional. The lady didn’t even pull up my account, and told me to call customer service so they could help, her head was on the counter the whole time she was talking to me. Clearly they need to hire more competent employees or get a better manager.
