Johnathan went above and beyond to get my friend his phone back after it was left inside an uber. We were in town for a tattoo convention and both left back to our cities. so this store is shipping his phone from dallas to san antonio. cant thank them enough. they all deserve a raise!

Rajinder walked me through the process of getting my phone after it being stolen recently. He told me exactly how to process my claim and promised to meet me monday to help me upgrade to a newer version. He was extremely patient and helpful. Will make this my main location just so he’s the one to help me.

Employees wise, very nice guys. Sorry I didn't get her name - the black lady was more noticeable to give lot of credits - she is always smiling deserving a special 💜 thank you. Alan & Alejandro are both very nice people. Was giving T mobile a chance to compete with other carriers as to pricing & better deals. Presently, can't survive with loyalty ONLY - smart deal to save & save money for survival.... is important. IT business makes go money & with competition, needs to think abt customers too! Thank you!
