Mother daughter day of back to school shopping was going great until we went here last Friday evening. The employee working was very rude and seemed angry she couldn't sit in the back. She was incredibly rude over simple questions. This is not the type of customer service you want representing Francesca's.

I come to this Francescas weekly and always have a great experience and interaction with the staff. I came in today (a Wednesday evening) and there was a young lady who seemed to be the only employee there. She was on her phone in the back when I arrived and I had to let her know I had a question for her to end her call. When she helped me check out she was clearly annoyed with my transaction as I had a gift card I forgot to use. She didn’t say thank you (or anything at all) at the end of my purchase and was overall unfriendly with a bad attitude. I usually enjoy my experience at Francesca’s, but this is something that’ll keep me away for awhile.
