I have been to Francesca's all over the country and am an extremely frequent shopper. This location is absolute trash. Vickie is a trashy woman. I don't even think it's her customer service skills, I think she is simply has no people skills, along with other employees. I have come to this location multiple times, and it is worse every time. Vickie actually rolled her eyes at me this previous time because I asked about their promotions. Another girl processed a refund incorrectly once and said "oops." very sarcastically and shrugged her shoulders. Idiotic girl refunded me $10 instead of $58 simply because she saw a random receipt that had an item of the same color. The store is such a joke. Either hire an entire new staff or close the store.
