We had Dallas Frameless Glass install our shower glass when we did our bathroom remodel over 5 years ago. I normally dont post reviews until Ive had time to see how the work lasts over time. I have to say, the job was outstanding! Not only are we completely satisfied with their work, we had some foundation issues which caused some slight movement of the glass, Dallas Frameless Glass agreed to adjust the glass with no charge. This is a company that not only stands behind their work, but is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer remains satisfied with their work. I can honestly say that I have no issue using them for glass work in the future.

The experience was very professional but with a sincere twist of true hospitality. I've worked with many contractors and companies and hands-down Dallas Frameless as a whole is upper echelon. I would definitely recommend this company above others.

The company came out to measure and showed me a list of trim options. I picked the trim that matched my bathroom and the other bathrooms in my home. On the day of install, the crew was prepping the space, and I happened to notice the trim wasn't what I selected. The crew called the owner who told me they don't make my trim color and then tried to insist the trim his crew brought was almost identical. I told him it doesn't match at all, and I wasn't happy with their trim color. He was rude and dismissive and laughed at me. He called me back and said his measurement guy was wrong about the availability of the trim I selected. I told him I should have been notified of that fact before they proceeded with manufacturing door. He said there's nothing to do about it now and the past is the past. I understand mistakes are made, but the lack of communication and the owner's rude and dismissive demeanor deserve zero stars and don't deserve my business.
