Blackline Renovations

We really enjoyed working with the team at Blackline. They guided us through a few different scenarios for a home addition and helped us navigate local restrictions due to our home being in the 100 year flood plane. The team was thoughtful, organized and adhered to the budget. We love our new addition and are so happy with how it turned out!

I had a consultation with Chris Black to talk through my project and needs. Chris knew almost immediately that his company was not the right fit for me. He could have ended the call there. Instead, Chris spent an additional 15-20 minutes talking through his experience working on some of the things I need, helping me with long-term planning to get the most value out of my home, and recommending solutions and points of contact (handymen, etc.). Chris was uncommonly generous with his time and he said I could call him with any additional questions. Chris is an honest person who enjoys helping people getting the most out of their homes, and I look forward to the working with him in the future when my needs align better with his company's services.

We hired Blackline for an extensive remodel on our home, including conversion of existing garage to laundry room and bedroom and the construction of a new garage. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. The price and schedule were confirmed prior to commencement of the project. There were no surprises. The construction remained on schedule and the price was consistent with the estimate. The quality of the work from the sub-contractors was excellent. There were very few issues with the process of our remodel. Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Paint indoors, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation

Incredibly unprofessional. Almost hit someone on my street and then honked at them. I was embarrassed to be using them. So rude. So inappropriate.

Having used Blackline on two projects in 10 years Im as expert as one can be! Bathroom some years ago and whole house w/bump out this time. These are the folks you call on when its perfection and quality you want, less stress, and great taste.We had to move out for this renovation its so huge, but I had no qualms whatsoever, I could concentrate on maintaining a household elsewhere while Chris, Taff, Jen & co. did their thing...and on time I might add! They kept us up on every detail, offered great, informed choices when I was stumped or options when we ran into a snag, and they stuck to budget! Theyre uniquely qualified to rehab/reno the Lakewood area of Dallas with its historical homes and conservation districts, and theyre multiple NARI award winners (check out the award case in the office!). You CANNOT go wrong with Blackline. For me its stress free remodeling.
