Aggressive bullies. Had a rough day and went to Kroger to get groceries with my daughter. Line was too long so I rush out. A Girl that works at the bank tries to stop me but I decline saying no thank you. Multiple girls working there were extremely rude and non accepting of me not wanting to further extend my energy interacting with their pandering. Yesterday Im visiting the store and walking past this bank and there are ladies standing outside of the counters having some non professional conversations, I only cared when I heard girls talking about my hair and body image. I was highly insulted, as a guest of this store I likely will no longer be shopping here anymore due to the treatment from these BULLIES. Verbal abuse, emotional abuse, degrading, misogynistic. Zero boundaries. Zero stars. Unprofessional.

This bank is horrible the customer service is the worst they are so rude!

The convenience is great becasue they have branches in most walmarts or some grocery stores

Been with bank for about 7 years and finally had enough. Two weeks before my debit card expired I called the bank to make sure they only sent one copy of my new debit card. A week later what do you know I got two. But the best part was, when I called they told me which one to activate, but THE MAIL WAS OPEN ALREADY. So of course I ordered a new card. This meant I would not have access to money, but the customer service line told me that I could temporarily use my expired card only for debit transactions, but I'd have to wait until the card expired and call in. So after it expires I called again and they said there's no way to use that card after all. Great service lol.
