    I came into the Monfort Tollway branch to attempt to open a savings account. I was told to go online. I then told the Teller (who was training a new person) that I don't have space on my phone for the app and that I have glaucoma. I asked do you guys have brochures on information regarding savings account rates? I was told again to go online. My debit card was torn and I needed a new one. I was told a 3rd time to go online and "there should be an app you can use with assistive technology". I then asked her when did Wells Fargo become so anti customer service? And for her name. She proudly gave me her name as if to say---> I am not going to just treat you badly, I am going to do it with pride and violate your civil rights under the ADA act. I am taking my money elsewhere. 12-20-23

    Worst Wells Fargo by far. Would like corporates number to file a complaint directly. How is the commercial line going to hold you up 45 minutes? It doesnt make any sense! I want someone to reach out to me if not I will get in touch with a higher up.

    Terrible commercial drive-thru service. Waited 25 minutes behind a single car and when it came to my turn I pressed call and no one came for another 13 minutes. Not the employee's fault that this branch is choosing not to staff appropriately on a Friday afternoon
