Set up online small business savings account. Everything went as promised. Rate was the best I found anywhere and actually has increased since. May move all my accounts from PNC to this bank.

I went in at 3:45 (on a Tuesday) to open an account. The lady said "We close in 15 minutes and can't open an account in 15 minutes; sorry." Ignoring my days in retail banking (10 years ago) when we could open up an account in 15 minutes or would stay open to do so (ya know, customer service), it was dry and she offered no alternatives (come in at a different time/schedule).
Needless to say I'm taking my $13.46 elsewhere. Don't bank here, BOA or a Credit Union would be better.
