Do not do business with this bank. Third to fourth grade level of bad service.I had a problem with a bad account number. They told me to stop payment, create new payee with correct account number and make a second payment, but I'd need to pay a $35 stop payment fee. Ok. My bad as I entered the wrong account number. Everyone got they were owed.Today I got an email from their contracted bill pay provider called Fiserve saying my bill pay service had been cancelled.  They have blocked me from access but still yet taken my money. I can no longer see my account online because Prosperity won't grant me access, though they have already taken my money.''I've have had a simple account with them just to pay bills. Keep the majority of my money elsewhere.  But, I've had that account for over 30 years since the started out as Community Credit Union through all their many changes and from one iteration to another.  I haven't changed. They have.  Their customer service level could easily be equated to a turd in toilet that wasn't flushed.I'm walking my money in the form of a cashier's check from the branch at Audelia Rd to the Chase Bank across the street.it's gotten to the point I've told them to sue me for any charges or outstanding payments oncwitraw

This bank has gone completely down hill since bought out by prosperity bank. Service is terrible and slow. Run.

Love all the workers here Been with them since 2014 in different (bank) name and still have the same people here
