I have lived at nice places before, This beats all the others!!!!! The Manager Rhonda and her assistant Taylor run a smooth ship and truly care for the residents. Lets include the maintenance staff. They are very efficient, friendly and professional.

Don’t do it!!! This place is the pits. Watch and read the condescending way in which the management answer to residents’ reviews!! They just pretend they never lived here and are lying. People obviously use different names for their reviews. Trust me. They are NOT lying. Lol! There is NO “luxury” in these apartments. The Yelp reviews are more accurate. Google’s are always inflated inaccurately. Move in at your own risk!! We had wished we had chosen Bandera next door or one of the nice ones on the other side of 75. Soooo many bad things about these apartments but already did a Yelp review on it all. Check it out! Also down on Mockingbird and 75 is nice too. Good luck with your search!!

Came here interested in renting here and decided to take a look around first by myself. I just walked around a couple floors of the complex and I was followed by the maintenance men for more than half of my walk. A couple older white working dudes gave me some nasty looks. Just very uncomfortable with bad vibes. Obviously I will not be renting from here

I have been a resident here at The Renaissance at Preston Hollow for 3+ years. I've made many wonderful friends here and it is dog friendly (dog park not the greatest, but it's being worked on). I looked for almost a year, comparing properties before I sold my home and moved here. Since it is an older property (and could use updating in areas), the square footage afforded is unmatched with other, newer properties. I could have moved to a retirement community, but I was still wanting a "neighborhood" environment with the diversity of cultures and ages. My apartment looks out over the pool, and I love hearing the voices of children swimming and adults visiting. The current management staff is awesome, responding in a timely and professional manner. They have been amazing during this time of restrictions and distancing. Sure, the property could use updating, as it's a Grand Dame of properties, but that is solely dependent on the Finger Company out of Houston and not our on site management. Our management makes every effort to keep the property well cared for and again, I find them most responsive to repair requests. So, do I miss my home? Sure, but I don't miss keeping a yard, maintaining a roof, plumbing, HVAC or the myriad tasks accompanying home ownership. When I travel, it's a turnkey event and I know my surrounding corridor neighbors keep an eye out for me.
