I'm a college grad looking for a place. This place made me laugh ngl. I saw the cheap prices and was like "yes, perfect" but I got scared by the other one-star reviews. I decided "ill judge for myself" 1) Scheduled a tour but the place was closed when I came? 2) Tried to do a walk in during office hours but the place was closed again? 3) phone number didn't work 4) I was recently sent 12 emails responding to my inquiry I made a week ago. I wouldn't even had left this review if the communication wasn't this ridiculous. Like 🤣 I don't know squat about running an apartment complex but im sure this isn't the way you get customers

I came to the Everly Monday 11/10/21 to see if they had any Apartments available for 2 bedroom 2 bath. I was told that they had some available and to fill out the application with a $200 Deposit. She also showed me an apartment that already furnished and I loved it and told her I really wanted to rent here. I asked her do they take rental assistance and she didn’t ask any questions she just said “ Yes mam” but the sister property told me no. That’s when I knew something wasn’t right. She gave me all the paperwork told me to put in for the B-1R and to hurry and pay the $200 deposit and that I only had 2 days to do so. Something told me to come home and do some research and this is unbelievable. They were going to play me out of 200 dollars that I don’t have to give away. They need to be stopped.

I Never leave reviews for apartments but I had to with this one for sure!! Worst apartments I’ve ever seen!! Very very rude and unprofessional staff, Jennifer is very rude and not helpful at all didn’t have a care in her heart! Literally was in tears trying to help my niece get settled into her suppose to been new apartment that turned into a nightmare! Finally after all the messiness and lies she received her keys. And 5 mins later after walking into the Apartment we had to go back and return the keys! The Appliances was sooo old and roaches in the refrigerator, it was a horrible site to see! And not to mention the paint was still wet on the counters smh! Had to leave with paint on our hands. We didn’t have to say much when returning the keys they knew Exactly what was going on with that apartment! NOT ONCE did we get an Apology for that. Very sad experience and I pray no one else has to goes through this.

This place is horrible. I lived here when it was vineyards at the ranch and couldn’t be happier after moving. If they fail to re-new your parking sticker(which is on them) and your car ends up getting towed, they will not reimburse you for the vulture tactics of the towing company they contract. Wish I could rate less than 1 star.
