Haven Lake Highlands Apartments

My husband and I lived at Haven for 3 years. The only reason we moved is because we expanded our family and we had to move closer to our jobs. Otherwise, we would probably still be living there. The community is awesome. The area is quiet and the complex is super pet friendly. Johnny and his crew (shout out to Michael and Eric and the whole maintenance team) are fantastic. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they were either there that day or the next to check it out. The hallways, elevators and grounds are always kept super clean. Walking distance to Sprouts, Starbucks and, lets be honest, Mambo Taxis at Taco diner is always a plus. If youre considering Haven to be your next home, I highly recommend it!

If you are an elderly person, beware! My mom lived there for two years and kept her place immaculate, as always. She never got her deposit back and the management sent her to a collection agency over $157 which was never explained to her. It was the first time in eighty-six years that she had EVER had that experience. Even the lady at the collection agency couldn't explain what it was for, but she paid it because that's what elderly people do when they are subjected to bullies.
