Hands down the worst complex I have ever lived in. So bad I had to terminate my lease only after 4 months of living there. The people working there are 100% trash and rude. It should be illegal for anyone to associate themselves with Carlisle. This complex will never improve and I do not recommend anyone to live there and have to deal with them. A waste of land and an embarrassment to uptown Dallas.

I lived here for about two years -- the price cannot be beat in Uptown, Robert and Chastity are really phenomenal to work with. If you are on a budget and looking to live in the Uptown area with close access to the Katy Trail, I highly recommend this place. I rented the smaller studio and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it (I really didn't need as much space as I thought). There is free covered parking available too. The new management (Robert and Chastity) are so helpful and kind! When I had maintenance issues, they were promptly addressed and fixed.

I've been living here for almost 8 months, and I love it. The pricing is great. You won't find anything cheaper in Uptown. The office staff is wonderful and very caring. Robert and Chastity make sure your maintenance request are done in a timely manner and they help you with anything they can. The area itself can a little loud and rambunctious on the weekends, but what do you expect living in uptown? It's walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and stores. The only reason I would not give this 5 stars is because there is a slight pest problem. But this is an older building, so again, what do you expect? I have encountered at least 2 large roaches and 2-3 small ones while living here. It doesn't bother me too much, but I would like to live in a place that is 100% pest free. Luckily my cat is able to kill them. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
