Paseo Apartments

I had contacted the complex to inquire about a one bedroom apartment and was told one would be available January 25th for leasing. In addition, I was told I could come see the apartment the second it was clean and available for viewing. Thinking I had received an email about my appointment to come view the apartment, I receive a message that it was leased and no longer available. I was never told by the representative, Madeleine, that this apartment was available for lease online so I was shocked to learn it had been leased “sight unseen” overnight. It would have been nice to know after calling and communicating with Madeleine over a call and multiple emails that it was even available online to be leased! I would have immediately put down a deposit to secure the apartment. There is a severe lack of communication and customer service when it comes to leasing an apartment here. You would think when I called and told them I was a serious inquirer that they would have had the courtesy to let me know it was available at that moment for lease.

The maintenance team is quick to respond, the community areas are clean, and the apartments are very pretty.

I have been a tenant at Paseo for over six years and have nothing but good things to say about my time there. To begin with I loved that I was within walking distance to so much - many amazing restaurants, bars and clubs, with more seeming to open every month. I also loved the apartment: large bathrooms and closets, amazing kitchen with a convection oven, high end refrigerator, granite counter tops and painted cabinets. The apartment staff were easy to work with and if there was ever an issue, maintenance was on it. I was on the bottom floor in the northwest corner and found it very quiet. I did see that someone complained that they thought the windows were too thin, but I never had any noise issues. I just recently moved out - my fiance’ owned her place and it made sense to move in there, but I would still be at Paseo if that weren’t the case (and no issues on getting my security deposit back). If you are looking for a great location so close to so much, you don’t need to look any further. I definitely give it a thumbs up experience!
