Vance at Bishop Union

I used SmartCity to help me find this apartment and was paired with an awesome helper, Brooke Merino. This property is awesome: the staff is friendly, the property itself is well maintained, and the community is very safe and welcoming. Everything from location to finishes on the cabinets/faucets/etc. all meet my preferences/standard. I’m very thankful for SmartCity for helping me find this neat spot.

I've lived here for over a year and I can't say enough good things about the team. Maintenance especially. I was locked out this weekend and they came so quick to help me! It was totally my fault but he was so nice! Thank you and sorry for Interrupting your weekend

Vance at Bishop Union apartments are beautiful! I love that they are so close (walking distance) to all the great restaurants and shops in Bishop Arts! There have been a lot of changes recently and the new team is awesome! They are always so friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great place to live, you HAVE TO check out Vance at Bishop Union and meet the team. I'm confident you will love it too!

Don't actually live at these apartments (I'm renting around the corner) but was visiting a friend and upon awkwardly walking in a guy named Victor happened to be up front and helped point me in the right direction. Don't normally write reviews but I was like bro you're chill as hell and gave a good impression which I'll definitely keep in mind if I decide to move at some point.

I moved in at the end of July as the management was changing. I think they have done their best to keep everyone up to date with the changes. Carolyn has been amazing! Very up front and honest about everything. Cat is very eager to help if needed. I have really enjoyed this apartment complex. I love the area and my dogs love the doggy play area. They are constantly cleaning around the property and maintaining the landscaping, which is nice that it’s not dirty and shows the company values the property. I hope some companies will take advantage of the available spaces to bring shopping or maybe a Trader Joe’s! Lots of restaurants to walk to and the luxury of not having to fight traffic to park or get to your apartment. It’s the perfect spot!
