Tonti Lakeside Apartments

We just moved here and it's absolutely beautiful! Everything is well taken care of, including the grounds. Elena and the rest of the team were also very helpful throughout the entire process. It's been the best moving experience we've ever had.

After living in Tonti Lakeside for two years, we can give an honest review. The tenants and Tonti Lakeside Staff are friendly. The amenities (Amazon Hub, mailbox location, pool and parking) are well kept. The grounds are clean and is well maintained. If you need service, repairs or maintenance done in your apt when submitting your online request they do promptly respond and proceed with requested services needed. I recommend this location and community is of excellent choice to live.

I recently moved here to Tonti Lakeside Apartments and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Elena, one of the leasing agents, went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with my decision. Her knowledge about the property was impressive, and her hospitality was exceptional. Gloria, the manager, also played a significant role in making my transition smooth. Her dedication to providing excellent service was evident from the moment I first met her. Thanks to her efforts, I feel a sense of peace being here. Moreover, I must commend the maintenance staff for their quick response and top-notch service. The only issue I encountered had been swiftly addressed same day with a note exposing what was done with time stamp and everything! Allowing me to fully enjoy my new home without any concerns knowing there is a reliable staff. Compared to my previous apartment, this place truly feels like a home. I'm grateful for the welcoming atmosphere and the outstanding team that makes living here such a pleasure. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

***SO LOUD*** You will hear your neighbors above, below, and beside you. And not just the tenants, their TVs!. When you try to sleep, you will hear the major highway right beside the complex! You will witness fist fights in the parking lot. Multiple times. Multiple cars have been straight up stolen from the gated parking and even more have been broken into. Do NOT expect any upgrades the to the property, but DO expect to be charged for upgrades. Also, the management office is extremely unresponsive. Maintenence staff is great.

Its a beautiful apartment complex, youre within walking distance of everything.with a breathtaking lake/pond view, youll enjoy evening walks.Staff is Amazing, they are always willing and available to help you! Special thanks goes out to Elena Hernandez, for going above and beyond to assist in my relocation process. Kudos Elena!
