First let me say that I HATE the ads from the largest insurance companies that insult peoples intelligence. But their prices are so competitive at times that when you're retired and have to watch the pennies like we do we sometimes don't have a choice. This the only reason why I "jumped ship" from Allstate 6 months ago. During my time with Allstate I was very pleased with the service I received from Todd Ray's team. So I was pleased when Nancy Pena contacted me to say they had recently been able to revise their charges and might be able to offer me a deal to convince me to come back. After updating all my information Nancy was able to reduce my auto insurance by $75. But here is the best bit. Due to the COVID pandemic our car hardly goes anywhere these days. So Nancy suggested we might benefit from Autostate's Milewise policy. This pay-per-mile policy could save us $200 per year if our current mileage stays as it is! This means that even if we drive 3,250 miles more than we currently do this year we will still pay $75 less than what we would pay our current, now ex-insurance carrier. Now when I watch those awful ads from Allstate's competitors I won't feel like a hypocrite or guilty for paying for their product.
