From the start of my phone call to the end Mrs Diana Garcia was very helpful answering all of my questions very diligently , she was able to find me a great policy that worked out for me as I was in the search for a new insurance provider and that was also still within my budget ! Since my policy has kicked in it has been going very smoothly and she also was very helpful in navigating me through the Allstate App and meet all my expectations when it comes to quality customer service and care.

I wasnt approved with Allstate but Victoria provided excellent service and helped me understand how liability was super important when choosing a carrier. I will forever keep the knowledge she gave me and come back to Allstate for another quote!
