Had big water leak from heavy rains from defective areas around chimney. They responded very quickly and were very professional in all that they did Most important they made sure all our concerns were addressed!! Add to that they helped us find someone to repair the damage ASAP. Wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!

I moved into a rental house with a strong cigarette smell caused by the previous renter. Service master came in and wiped everything down. Very pleased with their professional and effective service. There is no more smell in the house.

They told me they would take care of everything and deal directly with the insurance companies. Jason from smoke remediation was great! He kept me informed about what was going on with my project, and still helps me out even now!

They did a great job cleaning up my mothers place after a fire. Very professional, courteous and were able to finish the job before the scheduled deadline. They handled all the correspondence with the insurance company, they really know what they are doing.
