We contacted Gulf Shore Disaster Restoration to preform mitigation services after Hurricane Ida in Louisiana. We were fortunate to find this company to do the mitigation work for us. This company has been incredible and have always been professional, very good about getting back to our requests and keep us updated. They definitely do great work, keep records, take photos and store all personal belongings for their clients. They work closely with the home insurance company to make certain that the client does not have to deal with all the legality, paperwork and stress of the entire insurance process. I might add that Gulf Shore has worked with us while we are in another state and have not had the opportunity to go back to our home in Louisiana. Gulfshore is trustworthy and professional. In addition, we have been told by our home insurance company that they are as impressed with Gulf Shore as we have been. To quote our insurance company "You have found yourself a very professional company, they are easy to work, with and submit requests in a timely manner."
