Making a business deposit 2 weeks ago and went to the drive-thru, they were close because AC was out. Went back today and you couldn't even get in to the drive-thru because the roads were all blocked off. Frustrating to say the least. Would have went to the Staples location like I did last time, but it took over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Going to try the Saratoga location today.

Be prepared to spend a LOT of time any time you need to do banking.
I went into the lobby to exchange $150 in $1s into bigger bills, and it took 5-10 minutes at the window. To make change.
Yesterday, I made a few purchases online, and was on the phone with customer service 3 times, and fraud prevention twice, all over the same one transaction. The best part is, I received an email this morning saying the transaction was once again declined. Customer service rep was rude and completely detached from the situation, claiming there were no holds on the account. After that call, the card was declined AGAIN (more than ample funds in the account)
I’ve banked here for years, but between the 5+minute hold times, rude customer service, and the same charge being flagged for fraud multiple times is too much. Don’t waste your time- go somewhere else.
