        The drive thru service at this branch has been very disappointing. I ask for a couple of deposit slips so that I can have my deposit ready to go on my next visit and Im always given attitude and told they cannot. Twenty minute wait on a cash deposit when Im the only vehicle in line is unacceptable. Ive been banking here for 20 years but its time to move on.

      We are sorry to hear about this issue. Can you tell me what day this was? We will bring this up to our branch manager. I do know this week, we had our big conversion and we had a huge breaker blow that took down several of our computers that our personal bankers use, but regardless, we will look into this. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
