        Awful place to stay, if you are in need of an apartment stay away. Promised free printing and didnt follow through and they have no paper in the printer they provide, but you cant bring your own paper or else they will fine you 5000 dollars. Insane for a place that advertised student living. They berate you with emails about renewing after constantly telling them no. The front office person is more interested in making tik toks and taking pictures instead of doing basic needs like reloading toilet paper answering phones answering questions. The gym barely works, no treadmill is working, machines are broken. The billiards table they provide has no pool ques, no balls, no nothing. The pool is dirty, the furniture they provide us is dirty, there is homeless people around the property. Maintenance takes ages to do small things. They charge random fees because they are money hungry. Honesty you are better off on the street living in a cardboard box with two other homeless people than living here

        If you enjoy a bunch of grown men coming into your room without warning while youre changing this is definitely the place for you!!! This did not happen once or twice. This happened three THREE times!!! I talked to the office about this issue and my safety concerns and requested to leave. They said if I could come up with $1000 a week after just paying rent then I can leave without any issues. I told him I wouldnt have the money and time and they said oh OK then well give you 3 extra days! Also, during this time that men kept on entering my apartment some items went I also brought this up with management and they did absolutely nothing!!! I have never once felt so unsafe living in an apartment I do not recommend living here at all!!!
