Extremely poor customer service. Stood in line for 10 mins with 3 other customers while the one guy running the counter stood around chit chatting with a customer about random things. Wont be using Firestone due to lack of customer service.

Thank You Geremy Roberts. These guys have my business. I own a repair shop and outsource my wheel alignments. It was 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon and my regular alignment shop had my customers vehicle for 4 hours and at 5:00 pm they call to tell me they could not get it done as promised. I then got on the web and looked up alignments in my area and called Firestone. They said if i could be there soon they could get it done before closing at 7:00pm. Geremy got me in and out and I was able to deliver the vehicle to my customer as planned.
