Appreciate Jason Smelley who madesure I bought the right rv at the right price... great price , actually... They even stored my rv for a short time, allowing me to have it moved when my spot was ready!

I will never buy an rv from them again. I bought a new travel trailer from the Texas city location had issues thank god the manager richie helped me and said i can trade it in but due to the shortage of units I was forced to go to the Conroe store thats where they dont care about there customers they showed me what they had and said that unit is about 4k more didnt care that the unit i just got caught on fire or leaked water so i got a unit they stated when they have more inventory they will trade this unit in and give me top dollar well 6 months later trying to trade a still new unit in they offered 25k when i just paid 45k all i got was thst's it sorry I tell you what they do not care about customer service at all. Dont even think about any warranty work thats a different story. All I can say is be careful buying from this store if you have to go to Texas City and see Richie Run from this store.

This place does not even deserve one star. Chad spoke with me and told me everything was going to be taken care of under the warranty a few days later I called to see when I could get my fifth wheel back and he told me how much it was going to cost. NONE of the issues that I had with my unit were covered under this so called forever warranty that they advertise. Bumper to bumper coverage is a complete lie. On top of all of this they had my unit for two weeks.... said there was something that needed to be replaced on my water heater which keep in mind I had NO ISSUE with my water heater... and now I have no hot water. So now they are going to expect me to pay for a tow to bring it back to fix what THEY BROKE.... DO NOT EVER BUY A RV, FIFTH WHEEL, TOY HAULER... anything they sell just don't buy it.
