Husband and I purchased a new Thor Quantum Sprinter in May 2022 in Missouri. After a few camping trips, we accumulated about 10 warranty issues. Unfortunately, the Houston area Thor dealers would not service our RV, because we did not buy our RV from them. So husband contacted Thor, and their Corporate Warranty Dept allowed him to take our RV to a local independent RV automotive/repair shop-in this case Milstead Service Center in Conroe TX-to fix the warranty items. Thor worked with Milstead and my husband on the costs, invoicing, and payment. The warranty items involved multi-discipline trades (electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, paint, and custom detailing). The coordination involving the 4 parties (paint and detailing was subed out) took a lot of work and patience, and separate appointments, so that we could still use the RV.
