Great place of business I drove two hours because of the awesome reviews. Trent was my Sales guy he made my shopping experience very pleasant. Took time to show me how my new truck features work even though I know he didn't have to. I would gladly shop for a vehicle here again. Ask for Trent if you want a sales person who is very knowledgeable on the cars he sales.

Tarah is professional, friendly and fun to work with. I live in FTWorth and was planning to drive to trade in my car, unable to do so on Saturday, Tarah put me in touch with finance and a sales manager to work out a deal remotely and they delivered the car to me on Monday (today). Saved me 10 hours and I still have the car within 24 hours! The advertised price is what I paid and the trade in was more than fair. Thank you Tarah for all your help and staying in contact throughout the process. I have my brand new Hemi V8 Charger!!!

Trent was incredible, very clear and honest, also made an excellent lunch recommendation. The entire process was quick and simple, in and out in less then 3 hours! I would like to thank Trent and the entire staff at Cavender Auto Country for their outstanding customer service they all provided to me on the purchase of my replacement Jeep. I flew in from Wilmington NC on a Friday morning and Tom picked me up from the Austin airport and drove me to the dealership. All the paperwork was ready and waiting, making it super easy, as we had a long trip home. Tarah made me a live video of the Jeep making me feel comfortable to close the deal online. I was in the market for a 2022 2500 Longhorn and am so happy I found Cavender Crysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I purchased 3 RAMS from other dealers in Houston prior to this one and the buying experience was always painful. This time around I lucked out when I called Cavender RAM and spoke with Chris Juarez in sales. These guys have the truck buying experience down. 30 minutes on phone with Chris describing what I was looking for 15 minutes on phone with Andres in Finance Then my 2014 RAM 1500 Longhorn and I made one final drive together out to Columbus. I spent 15 minutes with Andres singing papers and I was out of there. I probably spent more time on their lot playing with the new features than I did physically in their dealership. LOL Chris and Andres did an amazing job, and I am now a Cavender RAM customer for life. Thank you to the entire team.
