I would give them zero stars if I could!!!!!! worst car buying experience I've ever dealt with. I would never recommend any one ever purchase a used vehicle from them. They are sneaky, hid a lot of flaws with the car. I was lied to by finance agent and salesperson several times. during and after the buying process. The customer service is horrendous. When I attempted to get help the dealership refused to answer calls and emails, finance and sales hung up on me numerous times.

145 miles, 2 hours 30 mins, for a truck, NO! It was for the customer service! Larry, Jayden and Andres were all OUTSTANDING! For the very FIRST time in all my car buying experiences, I felt welcomed, no pressure what so ever, and enjoyed, (yes I did say I ENJOYED) buying a car. I was greeted with a smile, not mobbed by a salesman. Who would have thought, that buying a car can actually be fun and exciting like we all imagine and hope it turns out. They went way above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with not only my vehicle, but also how the process went. Do yourselves a favor, if you are EVER looking for a new vehicle, please, please, please, do not miss an opportunity to work with Cavender CDJR. The kind and gracious staff at Cavender Auto Country in Columbus, TX were nothing short of spectacular today. As I traveled from Houston to San Antonio, I had an unexpected tire issue. I pull into the dealership with my GMC Terrain and a very very low tire - 14 psi. Keep in mind they are a Ford dealership, not Chevy/GMC. Stephen Helmcamp, Kevin and Rachel were beyond helpful in not only giving me a temporary fix but also finding me a local company to fix my damaged tire which had not one but two screws that had penetrated and caused fast leaking. The charged me zero, yes zero! Unbelievably service, attitude and willingness to help me. If I am ever in the market to purchase a Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram - I am making the hour (ish) drive to Columbus! Thank you for proving excellent service does in fact still exist in this world.
