Daniel and his team were utterly amazing in helping me and my dad close our deal. We were looking to refinance our home but were constantly tossed around in loop holes. 7 months to close. Always had to inquire of status as it would be weeks/ days before a update would come back. All is done over email until signing day. Then if u can not travel 2 hrs to sign closing paperwork then you have to pay the fee of a traveling notary. The process and communication is not pleasant.
