Honestly super unprofessional. They sold off my loan to another lender and now I can't get any information on how to pay my mortgage. They were extremely unprofessional when calling for employment verification and I rarely heard back from them unless I bugged my realtor which I shouldn't have had to. The loan officer seemed like she could barley be bothered and I had to do majority of the leg work to get my loan taken care of. I seriously feel like they took advantage of the first time home buyer and I regret ever referring people to them before I figured out how unprofessional and rude they can be. I was honestly going to give it two stars but after wirting this review they really barely deserve the 1 they were given.

Vanessa and Megan are the real deal. They both helped me with my loan. They helped me secure my home loan when other banks denied me. If you are looking for expo professionals, go with these two. I promise you, you wont regret it

Do not allow this company to manage your mortgage. They overpaid my home insurances twice on their own and then said I owed more in my monthly payment because of their mistake. I cannot wait to not be in business with them ever again.

Personally, and so far, my agent Itzayana Garcia and Vanessa Morales with CMG have been very good with me. I feel very happy for all the help they gave me, both in submitting the application and throughout the closing process, they helped me in every way. questions I had and to this day they continue to offer me their help with any questions I have once thank you.

This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! They will deceive you and lie to you about your home mortgage and getting financed! They even lied about The numbers on the closing documents and ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Jennifer Contella is very unprofessional and will call you drunk after hours. They are VERY unprofessional and if I could give them 0 stars I would! Because of their incompetence, it has caused my mortgage payment to go up over $400 a month.
