We were very happy with the service Raul and his team did for our mortgage. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. We had some difficulties with our builder but Raul gave us options to extend our loan and keep the interest rate. Highly recommended.

Great Customer service, amazing collaboration skills, and surprisingly empathetic for this kind of business. Even if some parts didn't go my way we were still able to close quickly. Other loan officers will take their time during hot markets, treat you like scrap meat, but Raul took care of us despite his workload, all the while keeping competitive. Doesn't matter how small or large of a project, I truly believe that Raul can help you get it done with a great rate.

I am a Realtor in Houston. I have used Mr Yanez for my own personal VA Mortgage, and I recommend him to all my clients. Raul has always been professional, and does what he says. While hes not required to work after hours, hes always willing to when needed. If youre needing a lender that truly cares, and isnt a 9-5 M-F only type lender, hes definitely your go to.
