Cheated and scammed!!! If your looking to hire All American ill make the decision simple for you, DONT.. We hired all American back in August because our septic was overflowing and coming up to the surface. We were told that the issue was being caused by the pump that needed replacement, so we reluctantly coughed up $3,000 to fix this issue. Only a couple days later this problem starts back up. We spent THREE MONTHS trying to get in contact with someone from All American. We called, we texted, we emailed to no prevail.. After literally begging them to come out and them repeatedly giving us dates they never followed up on they finally came out only to tell us that the entire system needed replacing. So let me reiterate; we paid this company $3,000 to fix a problem, they didnt fix it, they ignored and avoided us for 3 months then they come out and tell us yeah it wasnt the pump, we need to totally replace the system and charge you thousands for it. Needless to say, we have someone else on the job right now. They checked out what all American did and agreed with us that we got totally scammed, and now reading though the reviews this seems to be an ongoing scheme. Just take it from us, use anyone else.

Was told the cost for a single 500 gallon tank would be $275. Two workers came and charged for the labor cost of digging up the tank cover. We ended up getting charged $450.
