      image Had them scheduled to come out all day to clear a septic backup, was told all day they would make it here this afternoon after confirming multiple times. I received a call 30 minutes before the technician was scheduled to arrive telling me they were canceling due to an emergency job in houston. After making it very clear how this job was an emergency all day. Do not recommend wasting your time with these people.

      image Very disappointed. Called them this morning and was assured we would be serviced today. We have an emergency and have zero plumbing at our elderly grandmothers house. Called multiple times to please let us know if they wouldn't make it so we could make other arrangements. Well, I wish we would have. They called and cancelled on as around 4pm. Wasted our whole day. Called another local company and they came out within the hour. Dont waste your time with this company!!

That is why we reached out to you to see if we could schedule for first call Saturday morning. We strive to meet and exceed all of our customers expectations and again apologize that we weren't able to help you in a timely manner but we are glad you got your emergency situation taken care of.

      image I've posted this review in detail and it immediately drops. Bottom line my system wasn't fixed, I paid 700 dollars and had to provide the tool and labor to complete the job. Very disappointed.
      7/22/23 Johnny called and discussed the issues. He is sending George out Mon or Tue to figure ot the problem. From original post Steve was friendly and helpful. Sky was doing what she could from the office. So I've taken the review fron a 2 to a three. Will update again after George's visit.
      In all fairness they were really good in past visits and im sure this heat is riding hard on the field techs. Stay tuned.
