        Went to some over priced massage chair stores in the mall and found their chairs were nice but very over priced. Found this Osaki brand at Costco and discovered that their HQ is here in Carrollton. My wife and I are needing a massage chair for daily use as we are both experience stiffness. The sales rep that helped me was very informative and low pressure. They were more interested in what our needs were. At the end of the day we were able to get into a fantastic chair for less than $3000 with a 2 year warranty. Had a this chair for 4 months now and absolutely love it!

        I purchased their premium massage chair bit ago and it was definitely a best choice I have done this year. I had back pain and my hips were very sore, but thanks to this now I have no issues and my back and hips feels great. I had some technical issues to figure out how to use it, but manager Maddison helped me to step by step and even those videos were so helpful l. Thank you and my hips are happy now

        DO NOT BUY a massage chair from the OSAKI factory directly. The cardboard box appeared intact when ours was delivered, but we discovered shards of broken wood and obvious fabric damage to the chair after unboxing. We contacted the company, sent photo documentation, and requested a replacement chair. We made it clear that all we wanted was the undamaged chair we paid for; instead all they would do is reimburse us $200 for a scratched and marred $2,000 chair. Please pass the word to friends and family that OSAKI, sadly, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND its products.

        They were very eager to sell me a container of massage chairs with great customer service but once they got their money they couldnt care less. Ive been waiting over 6 months just to get a tech to come fix a machine that is still under warranty. Safe to say I will never purchase through them again
