To many chiefs, turn over rate is unbelievable. Whatever you do, don't ask for help. I would highly suggest looking for employment somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent a oxygen concentrator through our medical equipment supplier to Quality Bio medical. It took forever to receive the machine back 3-4 months. Paid for repair over $500.00 3 weeks after receiving machine back went out with same issue. My husband had used this machine for 2 years with regular maintenance with no issues. But 3 weeks after said repair it's down again. Machine is now with another company for same repair Quality did not do but got paid for. Will cost me again $500.00 to different company. Something is wrong here. Sounds like BBB will be getting a complaint.

This company is a scam. Until you establish an account they call you and email you regularly. Once it has been established you are a total stranger. Roxanne Schroeder told us once they pick up the units they would get us an estimate right way which is in a week and would have them repaired and would get it out to us in a week. It's been almost 2 months now, she neither responds to emails or calls. When contacted customer service, Emiliy does not know what is the warranty on the repaired units. Every time we ask her a question she has to check with someone. When asked about the status on the repair, she answered " it will be done soon" when asked for a tentative date she said "sooner". Is this how you operate a business? When asked about Roxanne she said Sales is a different department and she does not know anything about. Even though its a different department you all work for the same company please put some sense when you talk.
