Worse dealership Ive ever been too. As far as the service/mechanic side I would never take a vehicle to this place. Had recalls said they would call when parts came in been over 4 months and still no call or update. Broke my dash and didnt say anything

The staff was very sweet and I bought my jeep (overpaid but my choice because I love it) with ease. The reason the 3 star is due to after purchasing unable to get my vehicle repairs that were needed prior to purchasing completed and they don't have loaner cars for us busy executives that can't live with out a vehicle. It just feels that after the sale my needs were not as important.

This place is the best stress free dealership ever!!! Forthright from the get go. (Not like Covert in Hutto, which doesn't know the meaning of integrity!) The entire personal at Cecil's worked as a team and made my husband and I feel comfortable, at ease.
Very informative. We will definitely refer anyone needing a vehicle there. It's so worth the drive to Burnet to avoid feeling like your prey or at a den of thieves.

I knew we were in the right place when on his desk was a worn daily devotional of Jesus Is Calling. After the sell LeJuan sat with us in our new truck and went over how to work all the bells and whistles. Even programmed both of our phones to the Bluetooth. When we left everyone went out of their way to say goodbye and to congratulate us on our new truck and the GM, Scott and the sales guy LeJuan gave us hugs.

Friendly service. I am in Houston and dealt with them by phone and web. But they are the nicest dealership I've ever did business with. They also sent me a thank you card and a Christmas card!
