Possible housing This review was left over a year ago. Everytime I get rental personnel on the phone, I'm told that I'm a number (less than twenty) on the waiting list. Well, either I was never put on the list or staff has been lying about my status because I still having progress with a love in here.

I have recently moved in to these apartments and my experience has been very mixed. There were issues at move in that were clearly due to miscommunication between maintenance and management. The apt was not ready including not having ac. I spoke to Laverne many times in those following couple weeks with nothing but lies from her on when it would be solved. She never apologized or acknowledged her mistakes but would just make new promises every time we spoke. Fast forward to her last day where she lied to me again about it being done that day. The next day after Bo was in the office to deal with things I had an ac unit in that day! My ac has gone out today. Bo is unfortunately, not here today and there is no one else in the office or answering phones today to help me with this issue.i hope these are not ongoing issues as I do like living here and of course, Bo has been nothing but helpful the whole way. The rest of my experience has been beyond disappointing.

Id start off by saying these are great apartments in a good area,very nice and clean area I love that they have a little park for my little one and the office staff is great! Especially Bo she made our family feel welcome and helped with everything we needed. She was very helpful and attended to any issues that arise shes awesome!
