From the moment i walked in Jose was very welcoming. He was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information i needed about the community. Excellent customer service overall, Jose is awesome!

I accidentally posted this under a friends account so I deleted it and Im trying again. Anyways. If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. First things first, they're using bot reviews or they have family and friends lying and leaving 5 star reviews, but there is no way I believe that this many people in a row legit left 5 star reviews - in one day. How embarrassing. Do NOT trust those reviews or any staff associated with this complex. They are shady and they know theyre running a scam, and theyre clearly trying to hide it. Ive lived at Sagamore for a little while now, and its literally been problems since day 1. I was in an emergency situation and had to find a new apartment fast so I settled on Sagamore because I was sold on the supposed amenities like 24/7 maintenance, trash service, etc etc. Well, turns out, none of that stuff exists in the way that they try and say it does, and this apartment complex basically runs on FALSE ADVERTISING. The trash service costs $300 a year and they hardly show up. If they do they its late at night and theyre loud or they pile trash around the complex. It looks and feels, well, trashyand when they dont come everyone has to walk through breezeways full of their neighbors trash. Again, they charge $300 a year for this service. The amenities are $120 a year and pretty much non existent. The washers and dryers are so expensive its cheaper to go to the laundromat - something I thought I would get a break from when I moved to Sagamore, but NOPE. More money down the drain. Speaking of drainsthe water situation is horrible. Theres hardly hot water or water pressure, and the water bills are another $100 a month, $1200 for the year - for a one bedroom apartment. I could go on and on, but the last thing Ill say is that the staff at Sagamore are so loud. Its seriously insane how peaceful it is on Sundays when the staff doesnt come in. Ive lived in plenty of apartments and Ive never experienced anything like this. It really makes me feel like Im living in a college dorm and the staff are our resident advisors, always lurking around. I understand maintenance has to do their job, but some of the office staff talk down to us and whip around on their golf carts as if they own the place, almost as if they think they're above us...and who knows? Maybe they do feel like they're above us because they know we're being scammed and perhaps they see us as suckers??? Regardless, the "community" vibe they're going for feels more like institutional vibes. So save your money and save your sanity. Do not believe the phony reviews and do not move here! Im counting down the days until my lease is up.
