      image I have filed with Jackson for 3 years now . This past experience was atrocious and I will not be returning to file next year. I had a appointment on Friday morning to get my taxes done at the Bedford location . My preparer Tyler started the filing process. As I was emailing her my W2 I mentioned that I was hoping to get my fees matched from last year. She immediately responded with they are not doing any discounts this year. She said a few more words and then said she would try. It took a total of Nineteen minutes to complete my taxes. Nineteen minutes and she was completely done. Tyler then started a live chat with her supervisor Kylie. They typed back and forth . She came back with the price of $729 . This was outrage. How does fifteen mins of clicking the same button equate to a $729 fee . Not a single piece of my taxing information changed . I said no ..that is obsurd. Can you not get it closer to the amount that I was charged last year? Tyler typed more on the live chat and then the phone rang it was her supervisor, Kylie. I could hear her cantankerous attitude over the phone without Tyler even removing the phone from her ear. Her tone, delivery and attitude was awful. She kept on rudly stating there was no discount. She offered me $629 . I am baffled at where there was 600 worth of work done on my taxes. Between the rude disposition of the supervisor Kylie and the outrageous fees I will never file with Jackson again and absolutely never recommend it to anyone
