Hello Felix. Hope you are doing well. I am surprised at your sudden dissatisfaction. Trying to promote your friend who works with the green folks is really not a good reason to rate us down. We do not lie, nor do we hide details of our work. Our process after every tax preparation includes disclosure to every client. You read the terms, asked questions and received answers, agreed to the terms and signed in agreement. You even expressed how grateful you were for our service. Now, out of the blue, you write this unfair groundless review. At Micon Tax Services, we take pride in our work and are very open about our fees and services. We take confidentiality seriously and as such will not disclose information about the services rendered nor the fees charged. However, everyone would be better served if you came to us with your complaint rather than write a review that does not share a full picture of how your taxes were done nor the fee basis surrounding your services.
