Ben sent me a bid for a new HVAC system in September. I told him I wanted to move forward. He told me he would have to find a unit. I contacted him every 3 weeks to a month. In December he said he had found a unit that would be in the next week & did I want him to put my name on it. I said yes. The next week he did not answer my calls or texts. I called again in January & he said he would check on a unit and call me back. He did not call. This happened again again in February. My decision to go with him back in September cost me $500 because the cost has gone up with the company I ultimately went with. He is not a man of his word. Buyer beware.

Ben gave me a bid on a new HVAC system in Seprember. I told him I wanted to move forward. He said he was having supply chain issues. He called early December & said he could have a unit in a week, did I want my name on it. I said yes. The next week he did not answer calls or texts. I checked again in January & February. He said he would check & call me back. He never called me back. I know from family member in ac business in GA. Supply issues were resolved in January. I went with the 2nd bid I got in September. It is $500 more than it would have in September if I had not let Ben string me along. Do not wait on this man, he does not stand behind his word.
