        The tech arrived on time and diagnois the problem very quickly, but was supposed to order a motor on Thursday but on Friday, Saturday, Sunday no part still and no call to let me know.was supposed to letMonday morning spoke to rep. stayed needed part to be paid for in full for motor, I offered, no need to speak with boss , called another company done the job in an hour and half and cheaper, would not use this company At All.
