Highly recommend True Temp! Excellent customer service. After having another diagnosis and estimate with another company, we decided to get a second opinion. Kevin and Malcom is very knowledgeable and Informed us on our outside condenser failure and let us know what was needed to get us back up and cooling. Their estimate was way more affordable than the previous company.
Kevin sent Malcom and James out the following day and installed our outside condenser and had us cooling in no time.

After my first visit from their team, Kevin provided three options to moving forward. I choose replacement of the outside unit and indoor evaporator. The guys arrived on time as scheduled with Kevin close behind. They got right to work, did everything as it was requested and then cleaned up thoroughly. Kevin came back later with all the registration information for the equipment. I have absolutely no complaints with the quality of their work or their staff. They are communicative, friendly, and professional and have my recommendation.

Our technician came in a marked truck and was very professional. He gave good advice on what we could do to maintain our air conditioning system, and he also did preventative maintenance on our system for a wonderful price. He gave us the all clear and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need.
