New A/C unit installed. The installation crew worked in 115+ deg. heat in the crawl space above the second floor. Wow! I was impressed at the level of professionalism and tenacity shown to finish the job right. And they did so with NO MESS and a clear explanation of the tasks completed. This morning, the upstairs had cooled from 96 deg. last night to 75 deg. Special thanks to Josh and Joey. You did exactly what you promised, and in record time under extreme circumstances. I highly recommend using your company! Today Medrick came out to replace one part that had a small defect. It was replaced and the system is now cooling quietly in 30 minutes. Professional, on time and no mess.Thank you, Medrick! Yesterday, Leah came out to check the system for a reported sour milk smell. She said it was Dirty Sock Syndrome. Then she cleaned the coil, drain pan, etc. and sprayed all those parts with anti fungal spray that kills the fungi and coats them to keep them clean . It worked perfectly! Thank you, Leah!
