ESI is a great company! They have a very friendly staff and got back with me very quickly to answer my questions when I called them and inquired about their smart house options because I needed to get a keyless entry on my front door immediately! They gave me a reasonable quote and explained all the other options which would allow me to change the temperature, turn on and off my lights and even set my alarm if I forgot and turn my alarm off if needed to let someone in and then lock the door behind them all through my cell phone! I am so pleased with everything they have done for me every step of the way! Thank you guys for providing the kind of service all businesses should provide!

Got trolled and insulted by JD B. of ESI on this site and he still offers no explanation as to his companies extremely poor customer service. He asks about my credentials in his reply to my review but what credentials are needed to report a bad customer service experience? I guess he thinks people have surplus time on their hands since Harvey and have nothing better to do with their time than make up false reviews. Every word in my review was 100% true and JD got butt hurt about someone criticizing his company. Again, my advice is to stay far away from these UN-professionals.
