We made the mistake of hiring Mitch to install our generator in Florida and hope to help others avoid our mistake. It has been over a year and the generator is still not working.  There have been numerous mistakes along the process. He first had me take pictures for the permit as he is based out of Michigan. When the electrician showed up to start the installation he advised against the location that Mitch has chosen as it was right outside my daughters bedroom. He then tried to make us pay for the second permit. And then the incorrect size slab And stand were delivered. After Two months and several and return phone calls and text messages we had to hire a separate gas company to hook up the gas line to the tank. Now I am receiving threatening emails for final payment and the generator has still not yet been activated.
