        Ms. Karen is the best office Manger every! I really appreciate her for always being there when I need her and it's safer here. She's very helpful and very understanding, she get the job done and she's very appreciated. I have seen a lot of changes and I thank God for her.

        We have been here 2 years and seen a lot of people come in and out of the office in rotation BUT with that being said We love it here , why? Because our current property manager Karen Collins is a force to be recon with! She has made Pindo Pointe feel like home. If I have any issues Ms.Karen is always here to help. She's outstanding,very professional and she does her job like she's supposed to. She made these few months having her here a pleasure. I wish her nothing but the best in her endeavors. Thank you always for everything Ms.Karen Collins (Property Manager) we The Browns appreciate everything you do to make our place of dwelling feel like home.

        Nobody is ever in the office when they supposed to be. We keep getting charged for late fees without anyone telling us anything. They implemented a designated parking spot but people keep parking in our spot with no repercussions and were forced to park in other spots with the threat of getting towed away because of the office personnel that keep changing never doing their jobs. Apartment also has mold that they just paint over. I could go on forever but it seems it falls on deaf ears when talking to this company. Just a money grab

        I was interested in moving into the Beaumont area for work, so I took a tour of these apartments. While on the tour, I saw a quite a few roaches crawling around both outside and inside the unit. The attendant showing me the apartment was unpleasant and had no explanation for the roaches. As I was leaving, a tenant and I were talking and they told me how unprofessional the staff were and how unhelpful they are. I decided to go with another complex based upon this experience. Would not recommend whatsoever.
